Naturalization, Citizenship dual citizenship?

I was born in Canada in 1950. My family moved to the US when I was five and I became a naturalized American citizen in 1974. My question is: by becoming a naturalized citizen, do I have dual citizenship, or did I lose my Canadian citizenship?

Here is a good thread. It's a really confusing issue. Canada should recognize both but the US, that's a good question but that shouldn't concern you.
