I got a DUI in Oct of 2006 in Mississippi, where I'm a resident. I went to court in March of 2007 and was fined, had my license taken away for three months and sent to DUI classes.
I completed the sentence and had my license reinstated in July of 2007. Since then, I've had no other tickets or offenses of any kind.
Now, I've started a job that requires no arrests or felonies of any kind, and that being my only arrest (no felonies either), am asking if it is possible to get it removed from my record, and if so, should I get an attorney or do it myself?
