About 6 years ago I commited the most stupied mistake in my life I was working in a gas staion and I got approched buy lp for coupon fraud/stealing about 487 $ I was honest about it all tho they told me that they had no footage or proof but they wanted me to be honest so I was... I have never recieved any notice/letter never went to court or anything after this stupied mistake 2weeks later I got hired at another store I worked there for about 5 yrs 9 months and never had problems I learned from my mistake I went to get a second job in retail while working for a competitor but the other thing came up on my background check my question is there anything or something I can do to get this off the data base now that I have left the 2nd store and seeking employment.......
