Co Agent persist in implying I am committing fraud against my Father. I am attorney in fact on the POA.
my Father is 86yrs old and currently resides in nursing home. I have been handling my Father's financial matters since his admittance to nursing home. My Father has my trust. I suspect Co agent has put my father under undo influence.
POA has only been in effect since May 5, 2014
Co agent initiated POA. Co agent is a church member in my father's church, I am not affiliated with the church.

If you and another party have any disagreement that you can't resolve, you can attempt to resolve it via negotiations.
If that isn't possible, one person could choose to give in, and both people move on with their lives.
If they can't agree, they could resolve their dispute in court.

If you believe your father has fallen on the spell of a Dr. Henry Higgins or a Svengali, you can hire an attorney and attempt to secure legal guardianship (or legal conservatorship) of your father.

If that interests you, speak with a couple local attorneys about the cost and efficacy of achieving such a result.

If you had conservatorship over dad, you could keep the Svengali or Dr. Higgins away from him, LEGALLY!
