Have they gone to court at all? Are you dodging prosecution?

the state is nc and no im not dodging pros. my org. court date was jan 19 2007 and every month up to now. they cont. it a bunch and lawyer cont some thanks

Eventually they will have to bring it to trial or drop it. I am not sure what the time frame is in NC - maybe someone else will.
