I bought a car on E-BAY with a Rebuilt Title from a dealer,in his listing he said Absolutly No Frame damage to the car,the car has a bent sub frame,also in the listing in small print he said car is sold AS/IS.How can I get my money back? Thanks

Also, report it to Ebay. They may be able to help or at least have him black listed.
