Early termination

I am on county probation in Desoto county and on my sentencing papers it indicates that I am eligable for early term. 1 month after starting probation i didnt check in on time and violated. After i got out and spoke to a po he said he would make it like the violation never happened. but 5 months later when i asked about early term another officer told me I was not eligable because i checked in late and violated in the beggining. WHAT DO I DO!!??

You're trying to get off TOO early.

If it wasn't in writing, it wasn't promised.

Besides, ONLY the judge can release you early.

Speak with the officer that made the remark to you.

He might have been joking, so relax and never be late or fail to report again!
