I am farmer from south dakota and we have property along a river the only way to get there is to use a easement that was specified in the agreement when we bought it.
the land with the easement on it changed hands now they have gated it on both ends so we have to hassle with a gate every time whe go down there about 3 times a day. They are running cows on our easement so we have to deal with them trying to get out everytime we go down there is there anything We can do to remove the gates. it would of taken them 30 min to run a fence along the easement so this could of been avoided.
