Hi, I won a bid on Ebay for an rv. called dealer in NC and he said he took a deposit a day before so couldnt sell it to me. He never took it off ebay because he didnt know if other customer would get financed. Very unfair to me but Is ebay bidding a legal contract in court ?

Absolutely. Look at the ebay rules. You may want to discuss with him damages or feel free to report him to ebay. You can't make a firm offer to sell to two different people. If you do and there are two acceptances without a revocation of the offer, then the offeror has breached one contract.
