i ve just recently started selling on ebay and have slapped on the wrist for infringing on copyright/trademark property. i was wondering how i can list what i have for sale without doing this. i sell authentic asian released dvd boxsets on ebay .
i take my own pictures and created my own listing in my own words. i didnt copy anything from the studios website nor did i copy any pictures or text from other ebay users or other web sites. this is the second such warning ive recieved but the first warning was justified because i copied pictures and text from the studios website, but not this time. i would apreciate any help in this matter. thanks in advance for the help
