After filing at the eeoc, I was asked about the amount of damages I was seeking, how do I determine that amount. My complaint was retailiation following c/o same sex harrasment, then company retailiated by not paying me for time off with dr. note. I had 4 personal days and 2 weeks vacation time, but was told i needed to file disability claim or I could'nt get paid. Then they withheld my bonus pay.
 
If you want your old Job back ask for reinstatement with back pay,and full benefits restored. If you don't want your job back or already have a job thats a different matter.
