Employee harrassment

I work in pediatric dentistry, and I found out from another coworker that a fellow coworker spit in my drink, I went to my office manager and boss they did a poor investigation and suspended her, stating that even though she young lady witness the incident and the woman denied it, it was her word against another. She was only suspended for two days, and apparently my boss knew about ther incident before i found out and di nothing. what should i do and what are my rights
 
Your right is to complain to the boss and you did that.

Your right is not to decide what disciplinary action will be taken.
