I am being sued by the security company of my previous employer. I was employed at a franchise as the store manager and signed an installation contract as a representative of my company. My company went out of business and claimed bankruptcy, this was not handled properly and now I am being sued by security company. I never had a financial bearing to my company or any part of the ownership and or financial responsibilities ...What do I do

If you are being sued then you need an attorney yesterday.

While you might be able to handle items yourself, it seems that it is more complicated, especially dealing with a bankruptcy that wasn't handled properly. You should speak to an attorney to at least obtain guidance on how to move forward - note that this likely involves your personal liability which means all of your personal assets.
