Hello,

Ok, i hope i can explain my situation enough for you to understand. A few months ago a coworker and I decided to stop taking lunches in order for us to leave work earlier. My boss agreed with it and allowed us to do so. A few months after we decided to stop taking our lunches, we realized that our paychecks were not has high as they should have been. We confronted our boss and asked him to show us the detailed time cards. He refused at first saying that he does not have to show us. We insisted and eventually got him to print up one time card. It turns out the program we are using for payroll automatically deducts a half hour's lunch time from an employee who does not clock out for lunch assuming that they had forgotten to do so. We asked him to resolve the issue and figure out how long this has been happening for. We assume its been about 4 to 5 months worth. Its now been 2 months since we asked him to fix the problem. We ask him nearly everyday if he has made any progress and he continues to tell us that he has not and has no time. Unfortunately, i need my money to pay my bills. I cant wait any longer for him to pay us. I've even volunteered to look over all the previous time cards and do the math in my spare time!! He refuses to show us the time cards. WHAT CAN I DO!? Thank you soo much in advance
