Know your employment rights...This is a perfect example of an employer that wants to operate as an insurance company and not an employer (thus thinking that they can bypass all employment laws)
Note their exclusion of "disability" as a "protected" class
Note they give "credit" for "time served" (pun intended, working for these folks would be like being in a prison, huh?) with the company (insurance company loyalty, don't you get a discount on your car insurance the longer you stay with them?)
Be VERY careful who you choose to work for. If your corporate policies read more like your car insurance policy rather than an employment agreement, run for the hills.
Even their corporate website is discriminitory to EEO protected class (Last I checked, length of service was not a protected class, disablity is, however, they seem to be a bit bass ackwards on their policies, huh?)
