After I was fired after many years of service at the plant i worked in. I was told to check back and I could get my personal items from I locked filing cabinet. In my cabinet I had my personal credit card reciepts from traveling for business, I had my reviews from my managers, I had my resume, etc...
After checking back in two weeks I ws told today was a bad day to come to the plant. I then called back and a date was agreed. I then recieved a call back 30 mins later and the HR supervisor stated that was a bad time and he would call me back when it was good. About 1 week later I called them back and we agreed on a date which was the following week. When I did get my items I only recieved a few items that was on my desk such as a few pictures an some nascar items. I asked about my personal items that was in my cabinet and he stated that they had some items that was broken into alst week or so and that everything in my cabinet was stolen. he said they were invesrgating this becausxe a laptop was missing. I left and then called back to the plant a few days later and spoke to the HR manager, she said she didnt know that I had items such as that in my cabinet. I asked if the police had been called and she said know. But she would shift everything in high gear and give me a call next week when she found something out. Well here I am today (two weeks later) and nothing. I called today and left a voice mail stating I was worried about identify theft. I'm sorry for writing such a long story, I'm tired and fustrated with this.
