Hi,
I moved from Campany A to Company B, did my H1B transfer recently, After coming to the client company(Software job). Within 1 week , they wanted me to understand the complete technology (manufacturing domain). They asked to complete reading 60 documents and become an expert . Within a week they gave me a requirement verbally to complete within 1 day. It was suppose to take at least 5 days to complete the work . My employer also forced me to complete the job to earn customer confidence.
As per my offer letter, they told me i will not be doing any development for software but only design and the technologies mentioned in my offer letter is not available with the client i was deputed . They sent a mail to my employer that iam not fit and they wanted a replacement and also said that iam lying .
There are expecting me to become a master of that domain within a week. That too, the client has told the other employee not to help me and waste time with me .
Also, the client shouted at me infront of others without any respect which put me into to mental stress.
I got another job offer and if i move , will this employer sue me to quitting the job within 1 month or so . I don't have any contract saying that i need to stay with them for these many months or years etc .
My employer mentioned that there were 3 people working here who will help me . but after i joined i came to know that they resigned the job .
My employer gave me all false information .
