I work for a Non-Profit organization with Senior Services. At my employment we have Volunteers through the Dept of Human Services. I have witness a volunteer bad mouth me to new volunteers to which they become interruptive and gossip during my activities with Seniors. Could I sue the Volunteer who is bad mouthing me?
