Dear Sir or Ma'am,

Can anyone recommend a lawyer to file a lawsuit against my former employers? I was put on medical leave after complaining about security after three different assaults at work, mold being painted over instead of administered to, a gas leak was found in my room by the city of Long Beach. I had to call the city again because they found a gas leak in the pool area. I was asked if my former employer was stealing and I said yes. I have been harrassed and demeaned throughout these last four years: I have endured all this and now after bringing this forward I was let go. I have no employment, no home and my father works for the former employer.

You can speak to ANY licensed attorney in your area. He or she will recommend a couple attorneys, if he or she doesn't practice in that area of the law. Or, Google lawyers, your city and state; then start visiting and searching. Good luck.

You have not shown significant specific reason to sue your former employer. What specifically are the grounds you are claiming?

You might be able to get a referral from your local or state bar assoc. if you want to talk to a lawyer. He/she should be able to tell you whether you have a case.
