NCP has violated many conditions/requirements in the Child Custody/Visitation Order. Right now NCP has moved again and refuses to give me the new address. NCP has moved 3 times in the last 3-4 years, each time I found out the new address and notified the Court so they could locate the NCP to send the child support enforcement letters. NCP was abscent for the first 3 years of the child's life, now is active and excersizing some of the visitation (inconsistent with the 1 weekly night). NCP refusing to give me the new address and I doubt they will notify the Court. Is there anyway to enforce this address requirement? I have a lawyer, but am wondering if this can/should be pursued. Don't I have a right to know where my child is staying during NCP's visitations?

Yes you have a right to know the address of the father. I would pursue the matter not only for notifications for child support but to know where your child is. Good luck.
