I am leasing a small house in Richardson, TX from an individual. Since we signed the lease 22 months ago, one of the people on the lease has died (Landlord) his wife is the survivor. My problem is the Son is not very respectful of my time, will call and make an appointment then never show. Then the next day call less than 1 hour to show the place. I have asked him to give me atleast 24 hours. Can I refuse to let him in to my home since he is not on the signed lease. And the wife that is on the lease is still alive.

The wife is probably being represented by the son via power of attorney. Check your lease agreement for a clause regarding notices and have the son read it and follow them. If the lease agreement says he has to give you proper notice but he isn't following the clause, then you can refuse entry. Good Luck!
