Someone I knows aunt who is living at her summer house
authorized him to use her winter house for a party. There may be
underage drinking there as well as marijuana. In the rare
case that the police show up at this party will my friend
have the authority to deny the police entry without a
warrant or will he need some evidence that he has
authorization to use the house. Assuming that the police don't see any alcohol or marijuana.

Well, he can always try to deny entry, but if the police have sufficient cause they will make entry anyway. If he tries to unlawfully bar their way, he can be arrested.

Best bet would be NOT to have a party where underage people and drugs will be present.

He needs to get a clue.

Almost certainly this will end up with damage to the house and your friend will be responsible. Also he can be jailed for the underage drinking/drugs or sued if the person has a wreck. One of my "friends" is currenty trying to pay 12,000 in damges for a New Years party. Thankfully I wasn't invited.
