My 16 year old son passed away 3/11/13. The day after, his 14 year old girlfriend told me she was pregnant. I have virtually no contact with her, the baby is almost 7 months old and she refuses to let us see her and has even told people that the baby is not my sons - totally different tune than she sang for the whole nine months she was pregnant and I just want to know if there is anything I can do to force a paternity test?

Your best option is to be extremely nice to her and her family and to not burn bridges. You will likely never get the proof you want or the access you want.

I am so sorry to hear of your loss.
I hope you take the time time YOU need to grieve properly and TRY to keep on living.

Don't set your hopes TOO high, preganant teenage girls (as do some older pregnant women) say some very hurtful things.
I'm not bashing either group, just saying take what the teen said with a bag of rock salt.

You can do your own COVERT (albeit it somewhat lacing paternity test using your DNA tested against the baby's).
But, why bother?
I certainly wouldn't want to know.
It about a 50-50 chance (or smaller) that the baby is related to you.

Its best to let sleeping dogs lie.

Again, I'm so sorry to hear of your son's passing.
So, as one who has been there, take time to grieve.

God bless.
