Can an executor allow a beneficiary(when there is more than 1) to use an asset of the estate such as a car, camper, or house prior to distribution of the assets?
The executor is in control of the estate assets. They can permit usage of the assets, however, they can also be held liable for any loss of asset value as a result of their actions.
