My father passed away suddenly. His affairs were not in order as they should have been. My father had made arrangements years prior that if anything happened to him his brother would take care of us. After my fathers death my uncle told us he had received 100,000 insurance policy, which was to be spilt up between my sister, my brother, and I. He stated he was going to make sure with made responsible decision with the money. We have asked him several times for the money and each time he has stated he is not ready to give it to us. Do we have any legal right to that money?
