estate and trust....in it is a house and land with monetary assets. 3 siblings. one took care of parents for the last 10 years the other 2 lived in other states. the house and land to go to the one sibling that took care of the parents and the cash to the other 2 and divided equally among the 3 of them provided the appraisals. so sibling 1 is getting screwed because the other 2 siblings are demanding the house be appraised for more. so sibling one only gets the house and no money. sibling 1 had the headaches took care of the parents so they would stay out of the nursing homes to keep assests intact. how is that fair and what can be done if anything. siblings 2 and 3 want more money so the house to appraised higher so sibling 1 would have to come up with money to compensate the difference. i dont understand how this is fair. they already have the money to provide good legal counsel. sibling 1 does not. please help if something can be done!
