am currently doing an eu assignment:
BK Ltd has developed a fruit called beeb, a cross between a apple and an apricot. It
is extremely popular in shops and supermarkets.
Other rivals have also produced peap but BK still retains 48% share of the
total peap market in the EU, although only 5 % of the total market of fresh fruit.
BK supplies peap to shops which agree to sell only beeb and no other soft
fruit. It also insists on charging retailers 80 pence per beeb (production and
cultivation cost amount to only 10 pence per fruit).
Mark Bull, a small grocer, wishes to stock beeb. However, BK refuses to
supply him because he would not agree to comply with BK's conditions.
Advise Mark Bullon his position and BK on her practices.
