How can I respond to the UD allegations? States violation of terms of tenancy, waste on property, and unregistered vehicle in my parking space. Can I present signed statements from witnesses, neighbors?? Stated our good character, AND no nuisance and waste?
Also, can I ask for dissmissal on grounds that landlord violates the terms of tenancy?? Fails to maintain landscaping grounds which leads to waste, health, safety issues--rat infestation, pests, etc..
