Eviction notices

I have 2 small children ages 4 and 6. I couldn't pay my rent this month and the landlord is threatening me with an eviction. I was wondering what ages the children have to be to have a legalized 3 day eviction notice? I have no where else to go and she's threatening me with an eviction notice and I have nowhere to turn to. Please help!!!!

What are you talking about? You have not paid rent this means the Landlord can take legal action in accordance with your unamed state's laws. The childrens ages have nothing to do with it. Now if you name your state we might be able to tell you the process to remove you for non payment of rent. In general it goes like this

Notice to pay rent or quit by (insert states legal time period generally 3 to 5 days)

If rent is not paid then the Landlord can file for eviction in which case you will be served
