I have received a letter from the law firm for my apartment complex. I t says that I have until the 16 of June to move or they will file for an unlawful detainer. I have never received any notices to correct any actions for any reason. My son did however get into a verbal disagreement. My youngest son was seen crying by my older son and when asked why he said that the maintenance man had been following him around telling him that he was watching him. This scared my son and made him cry. My older son confronted the man and the man yelled racial slurs at my son among other things. Now management has a long list of things that I had never heard of that my son has done. The maintenance man claims that he is afraid for his life. What can I do.
