would like some advice asap i have recieved an eviction summons in the state of WA, i had to make a decision on weather to pay my last months rent or have the money to move my family back to texas. I did talk to my landlord and let her know that i intend to pay what is owed and that i knew what she had to do leagaly. so I have to respond to this and would like some advice on what to put in this letter. I have until tomarrow to respond. please help.-
