how can i evict my exgirlfriend from my house?
we have a little girl and im already paying childsupport, she is still married with somebody else. the house is under my name only. I have asked her several times to leave in the last 2 months but she just wont do it. please tell me how can i legally resolve this.

You need to look up eviction proceedings in your state and officially serve her. Does Child support enforcement know that you 2 are living together? I would try and get the payment stopped until she moves out.
