Who can evict a person, who is living in your home, who is not on your lease?

Typically such evictions are handled by the home owner or the landlord (in the case of rental unit).

There are cases of roommates who have sued other roommates for owed rent (i.e., one roommate fails to pay their share of the rent, the other pays this to prevent an eviction, then turns around the sue the roommate for this amount).
