Eviction

Can a landlorde evict a tenant in 10 days?

Only a court can evict a tenant.
The landlord can give you notice to vacate, which is probably what you're asking about.
that's just a request to get out.
If you don't vacate by the date requested, the landlord has to take you to JP or Muni court to evict you.

Google "Eviction YOUR CITY COUNTY TEXAS" for details about the eviction process in your home area.

Can a landlorde evict a tenant in 10 days?

Depends on why.

For non-pay or for cause it's generally very quick.

If you are on month to month (tenant at will) the law requires a month notice from your rent due date.
