My dad passed away in 3/06 and step mom in 9/06. My 2 sisters adn I were never notified of our dads death (not a strong relationship there) or step-moms and now we found out and it seems that the evil step sister has inherited everything. Do me or my sisters have any recourse against the strp mom's will (still in probate) or against her for any inheritance?
