Hello here is my case may someone please help me?
My ex boyfriend owes me a total of $1240.00 Since March of 2006. I have a singed Notary Public paper stating the amounts and what he owes me for. The agreement was for him to deposit $100.00 into my account till the balance was paid off. That never happened. This paper was signed April 3, 2006 in Hawaii. I have now been in Houston for 2 years. I no that for 9 months out of the 2 years he was in jail so therefore was not able to pay me back. But I want to know if there is still anyway I can get the money back and if so where, how and who do I go about it to/with?
