So heres the story. I had a medical bill getting ready to go over to collections. The now ex-girlfriend recieved money from a previous suit concerning her pace maker. She said she would be willing to give me the money to pay off the debt before it went to collections. A cash transaction was made from her to me. No agreement to terms of payback was written up nor was anything said about a payback deadline. Now shes saying she is taking me to court and has a copy of an agreement that is signed by the both of us stating that I would pay her a set amount by a certain time. Only problem is I NEVER signed any kind of agreement of any kind. What should I do? And does she honestly even have a case as the money was given as cash with no written or verbal receipt?

So she forged the agreement? You might want to tell her she'll be liable to prosecution for criminal fraud. Otherwise, let her sue. Unless and until you get a summons, forget about it.
