I was involved in a relationship with a lady for the better part of a year. It ended very poorly on a bad note. I have in email writing that she considers "nothing owed", however on one item that I was making her ( an art piece), she, said she did not want me to make it anymore had also said "nothing owed", and then demanded to be paid for something she traded me towards it. I did, and a couple of old sweaters given to me that I gave away because they did not fit.
I returned a couple things she had given me when delivering some other non gift items requested by her. Since I gave back a couple of the "gifts" she was so hurt she says that now she wants all the things that she had given me over the months back. Fine. However, she has also threatened legal claim for compensation of a few things that I no longer have, that were perishable, or that I had given to someone else, and says possibly all the things she ever gave to me.
Is she legally entitled to do so?
