Ex husband not paying his share of our debt

I have been paying the joing bills (credit cards and owed taxes) that my husband and I incurred since we are married, all of which are noted in our divorce papers, yet my ex is not paying his share or contributing at all. What rights do I have as half of this debt is his and I have been the sole person paying it for almost two years now.
