Ex husband wont pay

I had gotten a divorce last year and we agreed to just split everything on our own when we went to court. Only thing we had to gether was furniture and my ex husband wanted to keep it so I told him to just pay me the half that I paid on it. Which was 1,200. He waited till I came to Iraq to tell me he was keeping the furniture and he was not giving me any money either. Now he is in Korea. I have the papers showing that my name is on the furniture and the divorce papers say we agreed to split everything but is that enough to take him to court

If you have emails showing that he agreed to pay you for the amount you put down on your posting, that should be strong evidence to the judge in small claims court that he had agreed to do so and backed out of his commitment. Hope this helps!
