Ok over the last 5 years i have tried to see my daughter a few times not as many as i should but every time i tried the mother would give me a hard time and fight with me so i backed away and just let things go.. i sent birthday and xmas every year but who knows if the got them to my daghter to top things off i am transgender m to f and i am also a single parent of 2 smallchildren ages 3 aand 4 the daughter in questhion is 9 years old the 2 smaall ones i have full time and their moter is no where to be found but anyways finally i have hit a xroad in my life and realize i made many mistakes and started trying to break into my daughters life again i hot the fighhting on the phone but i fought through it and filed for anadmendment to visitathion sincce the mother would not allow me to even see my dauter supervised at first and then work twards my normal 2 days a week. well today i recived an ex parte suspending my visitathion and all the issues i just said she has put in this order so what do i do can i get a hearing sooner than january it says something about january for a final court date but also say i can request something if i answer within 15 days..whatt do i do

mother says being a crossdresser/transgender is wrong.

mother says that being a single parent of two other chidren is no safe for her daughter.

You also need an attorney, OP.

Things will work out much beter for you, if you hire an attorney.

Without one working for you, you'll be very unhappy about the eventual outcome of this case.

An attorney might not obtain everything you want, but your rights will be protected and you'll get a fair determination.

I'd like to tell you that it won't be an issue. In most Northern states, it wouldn't be an issue at all. But sometimes, it seems, the further South you go the more of an issue it can be.

For this reason alone (and there are several other reasons), you NEED an attorney.

That's crap. In fact, being the single parent of two other children is good evidence that you ARE a fit parent.

Could mom perceive you as weak?
