Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft ex partner forged my moms name

my ex partner forged my moms name on the title to the truck. we broke up. she went to work and took the truck hide it. than sold it. my mom is having her arrested for it so we can get the truck back. how much trouble will she be in.
