me n my ex-roomie got evicted from our apartment the week of christmas and i was in the hospital due to having surgery and she took all the suff in the apartment besides my clothes(my mom took), and took them to her moms house. we recently got into this huge arguement over the eviction and till this day she will not give me my belongings. i call her and her mom and they both dont answer or they say "oh i have to call you back" or they'll just hang up. i was wondering what legal actions i need to take to get my stuff from her moms house. thank you..im currently reside in iowa
