The ex spouse is trying to harass the current spouse after the death of the male spouse. Such harassment includes having the family call the hospital demanding that the current spouse provide proof of marriage and the divorce of the previous marriage in matters of making medical decisions, after the death the funeral and insurance claims as well as in matters of social security. The claim of the ex wife is that the current wife was not married to the deceased and that the death certificate was incorrect, what should the current spouse do?
