i was divorced and retained property with ex as joint tenant but does not live here,i do.we both agreed before and after div.to get prop.approved for concrete ready mix business which i have been doing before and since div.we finally have. doe this now but i have asked for an amendment so i can get going faster and cheaper.because of a lost in family court she refuses to sign.she thought she would win.she promised verbally she would sign.can there be a suit of someyhing like impeding progress.i am supposed to pay her in 1 year to pay her 100,000 dollars.if she is stopping me from doing this and this is my way of making money.she purposely is impeding progress to me maliciosly.effecting my way of paying her.this is in arcadia florida.i need help.thanks dirk p.s. iam supposed to sell property if i cant come up with money in 1 year

This is confusing. You also have a verbal agreement which may or may not be binding. You have a tough case to prove unless there are actions you have taken and documents to prove that you relied upon some agreement. Emails, twitter messages, text messages - SMS - a dinner napkin - any writing to support your case will help you out but you'll need it to prove your case. If you don't, do you think a lawyer's letter will move her to comply?
