Ex wife sold my property

I got divorce from my wife 10 years ago but as she had custody of the children to make life easier for them I left some property for their use that I would reclaim after the children had left home. I have just found out that the property was sold after the kids left home by my wife without telling me. What legal solutions are available to me.

I doubt that you have any recourse to recover ten year old junk, or 100 year old antiques.

If, however, you had something in writing; that might change things.
