Ex will not move stuff out

My ex and I bought a house together in Indiana 4 yrs ago. The house is in my name. We broke up 11 months ago and he moved out but only took his clothes. He left his furniture, a motorcycle, lawnmower, safe, bed, etc. I have been trying for months to get him to move his stuff out but he will not come and get it. I have left tons of voicemails (he doesnt answer his phone) and even called his parents. I dont know what else to do and I need his stuff out of my house.

Write him a certified letter stipulating a deadline for him to remove his belongings and informing him of what you are going to do with the furniture if he does not come to get it. Make sure you have a valid address to send the letter to. If no response, you have covered all your basis so dispose of the items as you deem fit.
