Ex won't give dog tags back. Can I pursue legal action?

My ex-girlfriend took my dog tags (after she returned them) and now won't give them back. She said she will but she isn't. Is there any legal action I can take to get them back?

Probably not, because small claims can only order monetary damages.

I returned after 30 years active service.

I must own 15-20 sets of dog tags.
Just have yourself another set made.
