excessive formaldehyde levels in rv

in oct, 09, i purchased a used 2007 fifthwheel travel trailer. we haven't been able to use it since purchase because of sickening formaldehyde fumes. i've tried numerous remedies to no avail. i had 2 tests done; results of 198ppb & 278ppb. epa, niosh cdc american lung set toxic levels at 100ppb or less. i contacted the manufacturer about the problem without results. i requested they fix the problem, replace the trailer or purchase it from me. haha!! what is the probability i would obtain favorable results through litigation? do i have a case?
