My fiance and I lease a home Oct 07 - Sep 08. The lease was up for renewal in Oct 08. Both names are listed on the lease. My fiance signed the lease and brought a copy of it home for me to sign. I have not signed it. We have now deciced to purchase a home and move our of the leased home. It the lease executable with only his signature. In other words, can the landlord hold him liable for the lease.
